The response times seemed to be better than the other two facilities my dad has been in. The dining area isn't much to look at, but that doesn’t concern me. There was a couple of good nurses aids, but most of the staff was uncaring. When you needed assistance and turned on the call light it would take up to an hour for the staff to respond. The residents would be left in their wheelchair all day instead of letting them lay back down.
